In our work we draw on the latest research results in positive psychology, mindfulness and behavioural fitness and match them to the business, social and organizational needs of the 21st century.

As a consultancy we are known as the providers of a holistic approach in helping our clients to developing organic solutions to their challenges. Together, we work as a team building on their skills and strengths, to create the platform for positive actions to achieve their strategic goal. Every project we undertake has three phases: preparation, actual project work and aftercare. The latter is especially important in order to achieve a lasting impact. Our work maximizes the potential of philosophies and practices such as Appreciative Inquiry, Design Thinking and positive strategic planning frameworks.
As an executive educator we create ‘the’ experiential learning program for leaders by forging strategic relationships with progressive and globally recognized educational institutions. Our experiential learning program includes a fully integrated individual leader support system and KPIs in order to ensure a lasting and generative impact on their organizations.
Our use of positive leadership tools and frameworks from Appreciative Inquiry to Design Thinking have enabled us to support our clients in such areas as: strategy and vision development; organisational design; leadership development; strategy and team alignment; and most recently the use of design thinking to enhance organisational communication processes. Our clients range from a leading airline carrier in Europe, to a global service market disruptor, to a trade union and a leading market retailer.
