The Positive Leadership Module contains 15 pillars divided into 2 separate yet inter-related categories – ‘Self’ and ‘Me & Others’. The intention is to provide leaders with an opportunity to focus on developing and enhancing their own self-awareness before focusing on building their awareness of their potential influence on others.
